I’m Gina, a Laveen local, learning designer, and business owner. I built Thrive Vibes for people whose curiosity keeps leading them somewhere new: a skill, an idea, a place, or a possibility worth testing.
I want learning to connect with the world around us. Meeting a local maker, exploring a shop, noticing an unmet need, or talking through a question in a new setting can help us see what to try next.
Explore how other small businesses turn ideas into something people value. Our Journeys bring together purposeful stops, business questions, and time to reflect, so you can discover possibilities for what you’re building. These are entrepreneurial experiences, whether you explore close to home or as part of a trip.
We’re developing our first hosted Journeys for small groups of six or fewer. The first step is a small pilot group on Saturday, November 14. You can also start now with the free DIY planner and self-guided stories. DIY exploration does not include arranged owner conversations or hosted activities.
What we do
My MBA and professional-learning background shape how I connect places, people, and questions. I’m designing hosted Journeys around a question you bring, conversations with owners across different industries, and an activity that helps you apply what you notice. The aim is one practical experiment to try within 30 days, supported by preparation and follow-up.
Rides (a Turo rental with pickup in Laveen) and Market (resale and handmade goods) are separate purchases, not part of a Journey.

NextReady Studio offers practical workshops and personalized coaching for entrepreneurs, side hustlers, and small-business owners. It is a way to keep building skills between Journeys.
